Marcia earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Widener University and her master's degree in Human Organization Development from Villanova University — a combination that uniquely positions her to understand both the strategic business needs and the human dimensions of organizational success.

For Marcia, leadership extends far beyond business results. A committed civic voice in the Philadelphia region, she serves as a Trustee of Widener University, sits on the M&T Bank Advisory Board, and is a board member of the Children's Scholarship Fund of Philadelphia — championing access to quality education for every child, regardless of circumstance. She serves on the CEO vs. Cancer board, bringing her platform to one of the most personal fights a community can take on. As a board member of both the Philadelphia 100 (Philly100) and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, she works to strengthen the region's business ecosystem and celebrate its fastest-growing companies. She is also an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), currently serving as Learning Chair for EO East Bridge.

Marcia's deepest passion lies in empowering other women to achieve their dreams. She co-founded ShadowHer.org, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides aspiring women business owners with the mentorship, practical operational skills, and supportive community they need to scale their companies. Through an intensive six-month program, ShadowHer participants gain not just business acumen, but the confidence and connections to thrive.

Under Chellie's leadership, the Chamber has set a bold vision for the Greater Philadelphia region to be a global destination for business and a leader in inclusive growth. The Chamber works to amplify the impact of business in the region, advocate for a more competitive business climate, and grow a vibrant and diverse business community.

Before joining the Chamber in 2022, Chellie was a member of the City of Philadelphia's aviation leadership team for 11 years, including 6 ½ years as CEO. Prior to these roles, she spent 13 years working for the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and served for seven years as an active-duty officer in the United States Air Force and one year as an Air Force civilian employee.

Chellie has received recognition as a collaborative and inclusive leader. Most recently, she was included in Philadelphia Magazine's "150 Most Influential Philadelphians" list and the Philadelphia Business Journal's "Power 100" list.

Chellie represents the Chamber on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC); she was elected Vice Chair of the PIDC Board in 2025. Chellie is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, the University City Science Center and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau, and she was appointed to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100 in 2024. She is a member of Avolta's North America Advisory Board and previously served on other international, national, and local boards and advisory groups.

Rhonda M. Anderson earned her Juris Doctor from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle University before building a practice centered on trusts and estates, probate matters, and real estate transactions. A member of the Pennsylvania Bar with over twenty-five years of legal and compliance experience, she has guided small and mid-sized businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and several commercial development projects toward lasting stability.

In 2014, she founded Anderson Law Group, channeling that experience into a firm built around clear, accessible counsel - helping clients understand not just what the law requires, but what it makes possible.

Alongside her practice, Rhonda co-founded a faith-based legal ministry and serves as General Counsel for Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she leads the Annual Financial Ministry Estate Planning Seminars. Through her previous leadership of Enon Legal Ministry's Wills clinics, volunteer lawyers and judges provided free estate planning documents to more than 1000 community members each year, alongside past initiatives offering free criminal record expungements and legal career workshops for teens and young adults.

Rhonda serves as an advisory board member to the birdSEED Foundation and chairs the Board of Lions Story. Her previous board work includes Chair of the Friends of Germantown Cricket Club and board member of the Philly VIP Tangled Title Fund Committee, supporting Philadelphia homeowners working to resolve title issues affecting their properties.

Rhonda is married to Fred Anderson (recently celebrating 30 years!) and is a former basketball mom to their son, Justin Anderson - cheering from the sidelines long before she was cheering on clients and communities from the boardroom.
